1What we collect

What you enter on your profile, your mobile number, and — if you choose verification — a government ID document and a selfie. We record which pages you visit for security and abuse investigation.

2We never sell contact details

This is the promise the product is built around. No plan, at any price, buys another member’s phone number or email. Contact details are shared only through an exchange both people agreed to.

3Identity documents

An ID document is checked, the verified or not-verified result is kept, and the image itself is deleted within 30 days. It is never shown to another member.

4Photographs

Photographs are private by default and served through short-lived signed links, never a public address. Where a photograph is blurred, the blur is applied to a separate file — there is no filter to remove and no original underneath.

5Search engines

A profile is indexable only if you chose a public profile and left indexing on. Both are yours to switch off at any time. The dating side is never indexable under any setting.

6Who inside the company can see what

Staff access is scoped and logged. A matchmaker can open a case only under live consent, and every view is written to an access log with whether consent was present at the time. Whether you are on the dating side is readable by one role only, the privacy officer.

7Keeping and deleting

You can delete your account from your settings. Deleting the dating side on its own leaves your matrimonial profile untouched, and its data is erased within seven days. Anonymous biodata drafts are purged after 90 days.
